Articuno plushie by Eyes5 Articuno plushie by Eyes5
This is the Pokemon Articuno. I think this is my favorite plushie ever due to the variety of materials used on it and their successful applications. It has a full wire armature from the feathers of its head to its tail, wings, and even toes. Feathers line its chest and its eyes, claws and beak are made out of Sculpey. The body is made of suedecloth, soho suede is used on the legs, and satin is used for the light blue feathers. I thought I would need a doll stand to remain upright, but it very easily stands on its own.

The detail on the wings is incredible. And props on getting it to stand! I made a bird plushie once but I couldn't get it to stand without propping it up. It takes a good knowledge of balance and such. Wonderful job!

So much awe. I cannot imagine creating something with such craftsmanship. The bendable parts makes this a treasure, for sure. Any Pokémon fan would drool over this, including me. The shiny blue material was a nice choice for the forehead and tail feathers. You are certainly someone to look up to when it comes to crafting things!
